Rhetorical analysis I will be posting a rhetorical analysis on a video ad of potty mouthed princesses by Drop F-bombs campaign. I will be talking about the context, purpose and message just like I did on blog post # 15. The girls were entertained and giving the real fact that women face in everyday life in the society. I think the purpose of Potty-Mouthed Princesses Drop F Bombs is to bring awareness to the inequality women face in so many aspects of our life. I feel that this video could not have surfaced at a better time given the recent incidents of domestic violence by professional athletes that have been all over the news. It is powerful messages like this one that will get the attention necessary to bring about change. I am sure that some people will argue with the language being used by children throughout this video, but given the disparity of the situation I feel it was absolutely necessary and at the end they are trying to make some profit by selling the T-shirts. I am really concern about the part that the girl was saying “y’all teaching girl how to dress and start teaching boys not to rape” I think some women just don’t respect themselves they put their body before everything. They hardly dress a woman supposed to dress decently but not with half dress some women even go naked. How could you expect a man to not bother when you dress like a mad lady? I think they better teach those kids to grow up and becoming a respectful woman with lot of potentialities but not how to develop theirs breasts and buttocks because I am sure they will be ending up doing that to attract men attention and saying they raped me it is true that there are crazy men out there but women have a responsibility of stop raping also. | |
